We accept cash, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or Paypal. Works will be sent once funds have cleared.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated on a piece by piece basis. All works sent are insured. We can also arrange pick-up.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of the goods being received. Any returned goods which are not defective or faulty must be returned at your own cost. All returned items must be sent by insured post.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase we allow 48 hours from when the goods are received. Please contact us by email or telephone within this time. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of The Works Gallery.
